Divination Through Tea Leaves
By: Baba Shukla

Foretell your future

Next time you wash the tea cups after drinking, you might be missing your chance to foretell your future. The tea leaves have been tools of fortune telling since the 17thcentury. This art of predicting is also famous by names of tasseomancy or tasseography. The term derives from the French word tasse (cup), which in turn derives from the Arabic tassa (cup).

Tasseography

Tasseography, otherwise known as tasseomancy or tassology, is the art of tea leaf reading. "Tasse" or "tass" is an Arab root, meaning small cup or goblet.

Psychic intuition

It is largely based on psychic intuition. Tea is poured in the cup without using a strainer. The person who seeks his fortune consumes the tea, letting the leaves remain at the bottom. The diviner observes the pattern formed at the base and refers to some standard symbols while observing.

Snake (enmity or falsehood), spade (good fortune through industry), mountain (journey or hindrance), house (change, success) are among the common.

Another known technique is leave some moisture in the cup. It allows the leaves to be rustled. Later, the cup is upturned in a saucer.

Formations

The reader picks up the cup and observes the formation. Formations can be in form of geometry shapes, lines, numbers etc. Straight lines indicate careful planning and peace of mind, while a cup shape indicates love and harmony. Many such other forms help in predictions.

To accurately predict, one must follow the first impressions of the formation in the cup, as the second guess may introduce your conscious.

I have a deep knowledge in astrology and I want to share with people for their welfare.
